How does the Krching Business System (KBS) and Remuneration Plan Work?

The Krching Business System (KBS) is member based "Buyer get Buyer" system.

Membership is FREE, requiring an existing members username (referrer) to complete the application, and agreement to abide by the Polices and Procedures of Krching.

Access to the Members business system (KBS) area is also FREE. This exclusive area provides members with a business system that assists them to manage their business.

There are two types of members, Retail Members, who can buy individual products at full retail value and Wholesale Members, who have purchased a Product Pack giving then the right to purchase individual products at the wholesale price.

There are two opportunities to earn commission in the Krching Business System.

Commission is paid according to the 'Business Structure' (the business structure is not a binary system).
Each member creates one 'Business Structure'. A member's personally referred buyers form their front line, sometimes referred to as their 1st Level. Buyers referred by a members front line, are known as the second level and so on.

All commissions are paid to the buyers referrer, followed by the up line. This applies to both retail and wholesale purchases.

Krching Business System (KBS) Remuneration Plan.

The first opportunity is generated through any member in your 'Business Structure' who buys an individual product or a product pack. This remuneration is called Uni Level.
There are two types of Uni Level.

(1) Individual Product Uni Level

The purchase price of any individual product includes a contribution to the Uni Level.
That contribution is divided into 20 equal amounts and paid over 20 Levels of the 'Business Structure'.
The system, or program utilised by the KBS calculates this automatically and the $ value of commission is paid into the members e-wallet in real time.

(2) Product Pack Uni Level

Each product pack price includes a contribution to the Uni Level. This contribution is fixed, and divided by a pre defined %, then paid over 10 levels. See Chart below. 

 QUALIFICATIONS

 Any Product Pack purchased in a members 'Business Structure', qualify the member to receive deeper payment to a maximum of 10 levels.

1. One package sales qualifies to 2 levels
2. Two package sales qualifies to 4 levels
3. Three package sales qualifies to 6 levels
4. Four package sales qualifies to 8 levels
5. Five package sales qualifies to 10 levels

There are 3 entry points for new members wishing to participate in the Group Sales Board system.

$250 Product Pack

$700 Combo ( Including a FREE position on the $250 + $500 Group Sales Boards) and

$1500 Combo (Including FREE positions on the $250 + $500 + $1000 Group Sales Boards)

After a member has purchased a COMBO they can buy and of the 5 Product Packs individually.

The Product Packs available are $250, $500, $1000, $1500 and $3000.

A member qualifies to 10 Levels of Product Pack Uni Level when 5 Product Packs are purchased on any level. Purchases of Combo packs counts towards Product Pack Uni Level qualifications.

FAST START

To assist all new members to recoup their initial investment the first level of the Product Pack Uni Level is replaced by a Fast Start payment. Fast Start is paid for any Product Pack purchases made on the member’s front line for the first 5 Product Pack Sales on any level.

Combo Fast Start paid in real time into the member’s e-wallet.

 BANKING SYSTEM

 If a purchase is made in a members 'Business Structure' and they are not yet qualified to receive Fast Start , the Fast Start commission will be deposited in the members personal bank for 90 days. The commission will be released when the qualification is met. If the qualification is not met within 90 days, the funds are no longer available

The Banking system also applies to Pay Day. Pay Day is the second form of commission.

PAY DAY

This commission operates outside of the 'Business Structure' and is determined by the GROUP SALES BOARD (GSB). Achieving payment in this system is as a result of your own efforts or that of the group as a whole.

So how does the GSB work?

When a member buys a Product Pack they are granted a Free Position on a Group Sales Board(GSB) of that level, e.g. $250 or $1000 etc. Each Product Pack is given one position. A member may have multiple positions if they have purchased multiple packs.

Placement on the GSB is determined by the members Business Structure, the KBS is programmed to look for the buyers referrer and places the Free Position in the closest available to the referrer. If the members referrer is not on a GSB the system looks for the next member in the up line.

SO NOW YOU ARE NOW ON A GSB HOW DO YOU GET TO PAY DAY?

BOARD STRUCTURE EXPLANATION

Each board has 7 positions

The top three positions are already occupied when a board is formed, leaving 4 positions available for new Free Positions. When the 4 available positions are filled, the GSB completes and splits. The top position (Supervisor) receives Pay Day if qualified. Two new boards are formed with all existing positions being promoted, making room for new Free Positions to be allocated.

HOW MUCH IS PAY DAY? 

 All commissions paid are LIVE or REAL TIME !!

 There are no annual or monthly fees.

No requirement for personal product purchases.

No need for inventory.
